    This Return & Refund Policy applies to all packaging products offered by Packaging Forest LLC, including custom boxes, mylar bags, cartons, pouches, labels, and related packaging products.

    Custom Packaging Orders

    All custom packaging products are manufactured according to customer-provided specifications such as size, material, printing, finishing, and quantity.

    Due to the customized nature of these products:

    • Returns are not accepted for custom packaging orders
    • Orders are final once production begins
    • Exceptions apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or production errors

    If a manufacturing defect occurs, customers may request a reprint or refund after review and approval.

    Standard (Non-Custom) Products

    Returns are accepted only for standard, non-custom packaging items, provided that:

    • Items are unused and undamaged
    • Products remain unopened and unfilled
    • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

    Products not meeting these conditions are not eligible for refund.

    Return Authorization

    Customers must contact Packaging Forest LLC before returning any product. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified production error.

    Refund Processing

    After returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
